What we do

Most software is built for big markets. We go the other way, on purpose.

  • Explore

    We look at thousands of tiny, underserved niches from many angles: new rules, public data nobody has packaged, and chores that small organizations still do by hand.

  • Select

    We keep the few where a focused product fills a real gap: people need it, can find it, and will pay a posted price for it.

  • Run

    Each one runs as a low-maintenance business. Routine operations run on automation with AI. A person reviews every customer reply and decides at the checkpoints that matter: money, outreach, launches and legal.

Why pyrizhky? Pyrizhky (пиріжки) are small, hand-made Ukrainian filled buns, baked in batches: lots of small, varied, well-made things. Each of our businesses is one pyrizhok.

How we choose

Each step costs more than the one before, so the cheap ones go first and most ideas stop early.

From our first exploration run, October 2026: 3,170 ideas, 10 selected (1 in 317). Each shortlist also keeps a few wildcard ideas for exploration. Bar lengths use a log scale so the small numbers stay visible.

    A quick score for need, reach, competition and how much of the work can be automated.

    Real signs of demand, and of who already serves it, checked on the open web.

    Rules, data sources, pricing, distribution and liability, for the short list.

  5. Launch small, measure

    A posted price, a time-boxed test, and a go-or-stop line set in advance.

Each one has its own domain, data and payments.

Buy a business

Each business is a self-contained product with its own domain, data pipeline, payments and operations runbook, so it can change hands cleanly.

Nothing is for sale yet. Our first business opened in October 2026; paid reports start in November. Each listing will show 12 months of dated revenue, customers and owner hours per week.

  • What transfers: the code, the domain, the data pipeline, the runbook and a handover period.
  • Who it suits: an operator who wants a small, working business without building it from scratch.
